Dear Stakeholders,

2011 was a year of continued momentum for PVH – for our business, as well as for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals. This year we made several strategic decisions to grow our business, including investments in product, sourcing, infrastructure and marketing. We also marked the first full year of the integration of Tommy Hilfiger following our May 2010 acquisition. As we endeavor to grow and operate our world-class portfolio of brands, it remains critically important to us to conduct business responsibly.



We are one of the world’s largest apparel companies, with a heritage dating back over 130 years. Our brand portfolio consists of nationally and internationally recognized brand names, including the global designer lifestyle brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as Van Heusen, IZOD, Bass, ARROW and Eagle.



Our commitment to CSR is evident throughout the organization, from the direction of our CEO and the involvement of senior executives to the participation of associates at every level, all with the unequivocal support of our Board of Directors.



PVH has issued an annual CSR report beginning with 2008, providing an overview of our performance to key stakeholders, including our associates, stockholders, customers, business partners, suppliers and NGOs. Our 2008 report was printed but, keeping with our commitment to be environmentally responsible, subsequent reports have been available only online.
